Sundance 09

I've been working and playing as part of the Access Film Music Showcase in Park City this week at the 25th annual Sundance Film Festival. Last night after my set I had a chance to meet Adam Duritz from Counting Crows.
Resonance Film - Soundtrack
I've recently been given word that a composition of mine, Transparent I, is being used in a yet to be released Documentary entitled RESONANCE - THE ODYSSEY OF THE BELLS. Resonance follows the path of centuries old Japanese Temple Bells that survived the scrap metal drives of WWII, only to be taken as war trophies of the U.S. military. In the Decades following the war, many of these bells were rediscovered, and Resonance brings the stories back to life. I'm honored to have a connection to the film.
